Hi. I'm Alistair "Caliburn" Blackburn. I'm a hobbyist musician and enjoy exploring musical theory through composition. I've been making electronic music since the start of 2022; I use FL studio. I play several instruments, but focus mainly on the piano. Feedback is welcome. I've added some visuals to some of my more recent songs on YouTube.
• 10/1/24 I've added most of my tracks to other platforms like Apple, Spotify, YouTube, etc. I also have some "animated" tracks for viewing on YT. As the end of year is quickly approaching, I'm hoping to finish a few more tracks.
• 7/18/24: I've had some time and wrote 6 brand new songs in the last couple of weeks. It is now added to 2024's playlist, which is viewable and regularly updated on this page.
• 12/26/23: Happy holidays. Closing out 2023 with my final (7th) song of the year. Something a bit different. Enjoy.
• 10/28/23: I've not written nearly as many completed tracks in '23 (6) as in '22 (10), but I feel I've grown in the venture. There's been some stylistic changes as well, perhaps in part due to influence. I'm looking forward to 2024.
• 7/18/23: Wow, it's been over a year. I haven't had as much time to compose, but I'm still learning (and forgetting a lot) but making an effort to keep at it.
• 7/17/22: I made a website for my music :)
